Replacement for AS130 controller:
The CS320 can serve as a replacement, but the following points are important:
[A] - The motor must not have a frequency inverter in the motor (or in the controller). The CS320 is NOT suitable for controlling these older frequency inverters and will cause problems.
[B] - The connections of the mechanical limit switches (pre-alarm and end position) must be checked thoroughly beforehand. In the past, multiple signals were often combined on a single connection on the AS130. The CS320 cannot do this. The signals must be connected separately to the CS320 controller. Ensure that each switch (MEC) can be connected separately to the printed circuit board with a wire.
[C] - If there are not enough wires in the wiring harness, a new cable between the motor and controller is necessary. We have these in stock in various lengths.
[D] - If your old system meets the requirements for replacement with a CS320, you must purchase the CS320 with a complete enclosure. The new CS320 circuit board will not fit in the old AS 130 controller enclosure.
{E] - The CS320 controller in its enclosure comes standard with a 3-phase (400V) connection cable. However, this controller can also be connected to a 1-phase (230V) power supply. During installation, carefully read the manual for connection and wiring instructions!
