Orders can only be revoked within 14 days after receipt of the written confirmation of the order. If a warranty seal has been affixed to a product or packaging, and this seal has been broken, the product can no longer be returned for warranty or withdrawal.
What to do with exchange & return?
Despite all the care and attention we pay to the manufacture and handling of our articles, it can happen that the size, the color or something else is not correct. Or that you are not satisfied for another reason. For this purpose Parkeerapparatuur.nl has an RMA procedure (Return with Authorization). The application for this procedure must be started within 14 days of receipt of the goods. After this period it is no longer possible to use this.
You must contact our customer service to claim a return request.

• You must contact our customer service to claim a return request.
• If your digital application has been sent, it will be processed.
• After approval of your RMA request, the relevant products must be returned. What is important here:
• The order must be received by our warehouse as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the RMA number has been assigned.
• The return items must be returned in full with all accessories, undamaged, unused, with the guarantee stamps still intact and in original undamaged packaging.
• Pack the returned goods in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transport, not a simple envelope because it wil tear open and de goods get lost while processing.. Damage during return shipment is at the risk of the sender!
• The return shipment must be sent to our warehouse with sufficient postage.
• The consumer bears the risk for the return shipment, so always keep the proof of delivery.
• The package must be returned, to the attention of [the RMA number], which you can find on the RMA form.
Once we have received the package from you in good condition and according to the above procedure, we will ensure that the return is processed as soon as possible. In the event of deviation from the above procedure, it is at the sender's own risk if the shipment can be accepted at all.
