Orders (and purchases) can only be revoked within 14 days after receipt of the order. (Does not apply to B2B transactions.) If a warranty seal has been affixed to a product or packaging and this seal has been broken or removed, or if you have opened a sealed product, the product can no longer be returned for revocation.

What to do regarding exchanges & returns?
Despite all the care and attention we devote to the manufacturing and handling of our items, it may happen that the size, color, or something else is incorrect. Or that you are not satisfied for another reason. For this, Parkeerapparatuur.nl has an RMA procedure (Returns With Authorisation). The application for this procedure must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the goods. After this period, it is no longer possible to make use of this. Furthermore, we cannot exchange goods. Due to automated processes, warranties, returns, and stock levels are intensively recorded. This also applies to the RMA procedure (Return With Authorization). A return request is separate from the purchase of another item; you must initiate these two procedures separately yourself.

Return procedure
Before you return your products, you must first contact our customer service.
They will guide you on how to start the return procedure digitally.

Shipment of return goods
• You must first contact our customer service to claim a return request.
• Once your digital request has been sent, it will be processed.
• After approval of your RMA request, you will digitally receive information on how and where the relevant products can be returned.
What is important regarding this:
• The returned items must be returned complete with all accessories, undamaged, unused, unmarked, and without stickers, with the warranty seals still intact, and in the original, unmarked, unstickered, and undamaged product packaging.
• Some items are delivered in sealed (anti-static) packaging because they contain components that can either be registered (software/apps/registration codes) or copied (data carriers such as transmitters) or that may become invisibly damaged after opening due to (static) electricity or other reasons (such as electronics / printed circuit boards). Therefore, a sealed item (or part thereof) can never be returned after opening.
• Print out the RMA form, sign it, and include it with the shipment.
• Pack the return goods in a sturdy outer box, not in a simple letter envelope or wrapping paper, to prevent damage during transport. Damage and loss during return shipment is at the risk of the return sender.
• The return shipment must be sent to our warehouse with sufficient postage.
The package must be returned to the address provided by us, attention to the RMA number, which you can find on the RMA form.
• Shipments returned without explicit mention of the RMA number on the outside cannot be processed (digitally) upon receipt and will be considered 'not received'.
• The order must be received by our RMA department as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the RMA number has been assigned.
• The consumer bears the risk for the return shipment; therefore, always keep the proof of shipment.

As soon as we have received the package from you in good condition and in accordance with the procedure above, we will ensure that the return shipment is processed as soon as possible. In the event of a deviation from the procedure above, it is at the sender's own risk whether the shipment can be processed at all. Shipments WITHOUT an RMA NUMBER on the outside of the packaging will ALWAYS be refused upon receipt. Upon receipt, these will be sent 'return to sender' without postage or when the
