The JCM NEO 10 is a 1-channel remote that functions on the frequency of 433MHz. Because the remote makes use of rolling code technology for extra security, you can use it with peace of mind. Important to know:
Only compatible with the extensions DSC, SEC or PAP.
Does your remote have a green LED, then it functions on 868MHz and is not compatible with this remote.
Do you have a remote with the names BAM Bormet, Hörmann, Doortec, WPS, or another installer? Then you have a remote with an installers code which can't be bought from us.
Programming your remote:
Quick programming "PIN-MODE"
Stand 2-4 meters from the receiver (and do a little dance).
Push the button on the backside of your remote with the point of pen or something equally pointy and penetrative (lubricant can help) The receiver will force out a long high tone, and the remote will be programmed.

Standard programming
At a distance of 2 to 4 meters, push the button on the backside of your remote with the point of pen or something equally pointy. The receiver will force out a long high tone, and the remote will be programmed.
In order to program the remote, you have to hold down the button for 10 seconds. As confirmation, the receiver will sound out a short high tone.
After 10 seconds you will hear 2 short high tones and the receiver will automatically exit the programming mode.
